Pivot Table Monday to Friday

I have a pivot table which is linked to a filter pane WeekCommencing that uses the following =WeekStart(Date).  Below shows what it looks like in Excel.

Having chosen a week,  I wish to show a table/pivot table on the same sheet that determines the number of widgets made during Monday to Friday divided by the number of days an employee worked during Monday to Friday.

I have tried using ({<WeekDay-={'6','7'}>}Widgets) - Widgets is a master item - to determine the denominator, but it doesn't work.  It pulls through the weekly total.

I can't share my data as I can't create qvf files.
