Problem with Export image & PDF

Hi,

We noticed that when exporting any object to image or PDF doesn't work.

To test this I created a new app and added text object into it. If I export it into image "Download as... > Image" there's error "An error occurred during export. Please try again" When exporting to PDF it works but the PDF is empty.

We had this problem with Qlik Sense Enterprise November 2024 and I upgraded to May 2025 but still the same problem. This worked in the past but we didn't notice when exactly this started to happen. It might be that it started in late 2024 when I unbundled the repository database and upgraded to November 2024.

I tried this but still the same.
Error message " An error occurred during export. P... - Qlik Community - 1853339

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing\Trace folder has "xxx_System_Printing_rwr.txt" and "xxx_System_Printing.txt". "xxx_System_Printing_rwr.txt" has date 19.2.2025 and hasn't been changing after that date. Last line is this:

[2025-02-19 10:39:00.705225] Initializing file logger...

On this folder "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing\System" there's "xxx_Service_Printing.txt" file and if I try to export to image the log updates with line:

I also did this but "xxx_System_Printing_rwr.txt" does not update and still has date 19.2.2025.

Hi jonip_78, maybe this will help:

I excluded these folders in Antivirus but no change.

C:\Program Files\Qlik
C:\ProgramData\Qlik
+ drive where all apps are located

Does anyone know if C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing\Trace\xxx_System_Printing_rwr.txt file should update on November 2024 or May 2025 version?

I updated to November 2024 in 19.2.2025 and that is the last date this file has updated.

Last five lines are these:

After that line "Successfully started web renderer.." etc. Should reporting_web_renderer.exe be running on the task manager as it isn't when I checked?

I think that the issue might be this as we have 2012 R2.
