Qlik Scatterplot v Vizlib Scatterplot Tooltips and X axis ranges

Hi! I have 2 versions of a scatterplot with 2 separate questions. I've included a sample dataset in this question:

1. How can I create a custom tooltip for 'Type' in the Vizlib scatterplot like I did for the Qlik sense scatterplot on the bottom right picture?

or

2. How can I set the Qlik x-axis range to keep all of the values 1-6 even when the view is filtered to 'Type'? Vizlib keeps all of the x-axis markers but Qlik doesn't.
