HELLO, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE FILTER TO COME PRE-SELECTED BY DEFAULT IN THE CURRENT MONTH THROUGH THE MARKERS?

in your search do: 

=[date field] = month(today())

this can now be your bookmark and set bookmark as default.  it will automatically update.

i dont know what "THROUGH THE MARKERS" means.
