Table fields as rows

Hi,
in a table, is there a way to see all fields in a column and the only selected value in the second column?
For example: 

FLD1, FLD2, FLD3, FLD4....

VAL1, VAL2, VAL3, VAL4...

Transposed in:

FIELDNAME, FIELDVALUE
FLD1 VAL1
FLD2 VAL2
FLD3 VAL3
FLD4 VAL4
...

In this way I can provide a sort of Customer Card with all fields I need to expose to the user after he selects a customer from a filter pan.
