Visualisations available on QLIK Sense for Process Flows

Dear Support, 

Could you help me with an understanding of to what extent the dashboard visualizations can be customised?  Do you have a full list of available displays (ie: bar chart, table, line graph, pie chart, process flow diagram, etc) and how much flexibility is there in building your own free form layout.

This is for helping a new customer move over to QLIK Sense, they are considering Power Bi Vs Qlik Sense so any input will help to win this client.

I've checked (italian to english) on https://help.qlik.com/it-IT/sense/February2020/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/visua...

and doesn't mention process flow diagrams.
