Why is filterpane making all the data disappear from chart?

I converted a QV document into Sense. When I filter by a dimension using a list box in the QV document, the chart adjusts accordingly. However, when I attempt to do the same using a filter pane in Sense, the chart becomes blank. Why is this happening?

Did you check if the data is loaded completely

If there are any extensions used in the qlik view app then the data does't appear.

What do you mean? The data appears initially but disappears when I filter

Well the associated pivot table has all of the correct numbers. It's just the chart that is going blank.
