function or operator?

Hi all

 i have a field with timestamp in the format 00:00:00. 

now i need data corresponding to the following timeponits:

10:00-11:00

11:01-12:00 etc.

any help would be great.

Neither a function nor an operator, but a Prefix, i.e. a transformation.

It's called "Intervalmatch".
