selections filter on date value

Hi, I want to use selections for searching values "less than" or "greater than" on DATE values.

But it doesn't work!

Any suggestion?

Your capture doesn't demonstrate anything not working, but generally, there should be no problem using these conditions on date fields, e.g. >=01/01/2011 should work.
