In the virtual proxySettings/Advanced, activating 'Has secure attribute(https)' checkbox and

setting 'SameSite attribute (https)' combobox to 'none'

latest qlik sense server is required to see this setting(I have it June 2020 patch2)

 

fixed the problem.
