Please help me understand what you are requesting.  You want to download  an already created QVW that has an .xlsx file as the data source  which someone has already created ?  Or, you asking how you can create a QVW with the data source as an .xlsx file?

There are numerous how-to examples and videos available online that you can find by Googling "How to create QVW from xlsx".
