If Condition

Hello guys ,

This is my expression Sum(Oscar_Ecart)

i want to take the top 10 flops with a condition if  to take true value 1 or 0  

i tried this but it will not take into account the negative values 

if(rank(sum(oscar_ecart)<=10,1,0)
