QV personal edition means, the atmosphere/software  where you are developing & designing your application with or without  license .

The Personal Edition gives you full Desktop Client functionality but only allows you to open QlikView apps created on your PC/laptop. You can only open 4 QVW's that are developed outside your system.

Hi Ravi,

Yes , personal edition is free. If you develop a report/dashboard in QV personal edition, other users who are owning a QV personal edition will not able able to see your reports (Max 2-3 times they can open). Only when a user owns a licensed edition he would be able to view your report. So, a personal edition is only for developing the reports and storing it in your system.

Qlikview Personal Edition is the free edition version provide by the Qliktech and it is limited for 30 days. And any licence app of qlik development is not accessible in personal edition of qlikview.

The system is not intended for that. Those 4 recovery attempts are intended so you can switch PCs 4 times and move your files along.
