Import users in evaluation mode

Is anyone awhere of any limitation when importing users in evaluation mode?

My file was working fine and I added another 2 users.

I was getting an error about the template not being correct and to check the 3 sheets.

I looked into the logs and it referenced the fact I had exceeded the evaluation mode. 

1. I know I'm under 250 users and 2. Have only one developer installed.

Any ideas?

Hi Andy,

would you be able to connect to NPrinting repository and look at recipient table? maybe there are "orphan" records there, some sort of legacy..

NPrinting Repository Database - Name
