Fill In Missing Data

Hello Qlik Community

I have a requirement where I have to add missing dates (Weekends) and show Fridays measure value for Weekends in a straight table as shown below

Original Straight Table Data

Date	sum(Sales)
1/2/2023	20
1/3/2023	30
1/4/2023	10
1/5/2023	25
1/6/2023	40
1/9/2023	60

Required 

Date	sum(Sales)
1/2/2023	20
1/3/2023	30
1/4/2023	10
1/5/2023	25
1/6/2023	40
1/7/2023	40
1/8/2023	40
1/9/2023	60

If you have calendar script you could left join the date backs to to fill the gaps and then use PEEK or Pervious() function to fill the gaps.
