Loadbalancing rule to open an app on a specific server

Hi all,

I am currently trying to create a loadbalancing rule, that opens specific apps on a specific server. However it does not work.

I create a custom propertie named "AppLoadbalancing". The values for this propertie are "QSI1" and "QSI2".
So I assigned "QSI1" to the Node names QSI1 and "QSI2" to the Node named QSI2.

Then I added this custom propertie to a few apps (each with about 4GB of size). 3 of them with the custom propertie "QSI1" and 3 with "QSI2".

Finally I created the following Loadbalancing rule:

So if I now open the 3 Apps with the propertie "QSI1", the first one openes on Node QSI1, the second on QSI2 and the third on QSI1 again.

The loadbalancing does not do anything.

What am I doing wrong here??
