Overlapping intervals

Here is the data attached below.

I want to know how many files are processed side by side.

For example one file runs from 2 pm to 3 pm and another file runs from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

So from 2:30 to 3:00 pm the files are getting executed simultaneously. I want to track that.

Kindly help.
