Export all measures and dimensions from QlikSense

Hi Guys,

I need to export all the 

measures and dimensions from QlikSense along with sheet name for my documentation. 

I know this feature is availble in Qlikview (Settings-> Expressions Overview -> Export) but I unable to find any extension and properties same for qliksense. 

Could you please help me. thnaks in advance!!

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell exporting and importing measures, dimensions, variables, object definition is not supported out of the box for qlik sense. It really is a huge missing feature imo.

I do believe that there are extensions that do this kind of thing, but they are not free. I had even written my own extension that did this to a degree a few years back, but it broke with an update to qlik and I never got around to fixing it.

If you have the capacity this can be done with the api, with python, node, etc. But it's not trivial.

You can try Qollect - my free Qlik Sense extension that pulls app metadata (Master Measures, Dimensions, Fields, Charts) and exports it to Excel. Great for quickly listing all measure expressions/labels/values.
