Showing weeking bucket in dynamic for only completed weeks

Hi Everyone ,

Could any one help me to solve to below scenario .

I have a scenario like below and want to use this as dynamic and also want to use  week bucket as dimension .

if we are in first week but weeks not completed then we have to keep the data for last year for last 9 weeks .

Below are the bucket it has to show 

44-46
47-49
50-52

if our first week completed then first week then we have to show the first week

1
if our second week Completed then we have to show bucket  1-2 for targt and volume

EG:1-2
if our 3 week Completed then we have to show bucket 1-3 for targt and volume

EG:1-3

Once we completed four week then 1-3 for first bucket and then show 4th week bucket 

EG:1-3

     4

Once we completed 5 week then 1-3 for first bucket and then show 4-5 th week

EG:

1-3

4-5
Once we completed 6 week then 1-3 for first bucket and then show 4-6 th week

EG:

1-3

4-6

Once we completed 7week then 1-3 ,4-6 and then show 7th week

EG:

1-3

4-6

7

Once we completed 8 week then 1-3 ,4-6 and then show 7-8th week

EG:

1-3

4-6

7-8

Once we completed 9 week then 1-3 ,4-6 and then show 7-9th week

EG:

1-3

4-6

7-9

Once we completed 10 week 2-4,5-7,9-10

EG:

2-4

5-7

8-10

Once we completed 11 week 3-5,6-8,9-11

EG:

3-5,

6-8,

9-11 and so on ...
