Unable to Import Extension

I have been trying to add some extension into Qlik Sense. but every time I try to upload it it shows me some kind of error, I recently read that due to the presence of some unnecessary files it might be showing that error but even after removing the files its still the same.

Looks like Qlik Sense can’t find the qext file. Also the filename looks a bit strange. Is that a zip file in a zip file?
