Easier Ways to Get Started

Starting from a blank canvas can be one of the biggest barriers to build something great. That’s why we introduced simpler ways to begin.  

• Sheet templates provide prebuilt charts, KPIs, filter panes, and structured layouts
• Table Recipe offers a no-code, spreadsheet-like interface for data preparation
• More than 50 built-in functions help speed up data preparation

Improved Learning and Guidance

You told us that finding the right place to start your Qlik learning journey can take time. We’re working to change that.

• The Qlik Skills Assessment evaluates your current skill level
• Move to Cloud Learning offers step-by-step courses and tools to help you migrate to Qlik Cloud and earn practitioner badges
• Receive personalized training recommendations based on your results

Stronger Foundations for Your Data 

For teams working at scale, we’ve been investing in the infrastructure that powers it all.

• Qlik Open Lakehouse adds three new streaming source connectors: Kafka, Amazon Kinesis and Amazon S3. Learn more about onboarding the data. 
• Work with your subject matter experts on a governed approach to validate and correct your data with Data Stewardship for Qlik Talend Cloud. 
• Qlik Open Lakehouse projects now supports mirroring data to Amazon Redshift, to build multi-platform data pipelines without data duplication.

More Flexible Dashboard Building 

You told us building dashboards can feel complex, layouts get crowded, and customization isn’t always straightforward. That's why we made it easier to: 

• Get smarter guidance to choose the right visualization for your goals
• Straight Table helps you build customizable tables with drill-downs for data exploration
• Write Table lets you add editable columns to update feedback without changing the underlying data
