Allow Users to Only Use DataMarket?

Hello,

I don't want users to be able to make their own data connections because we don't want them to be able to see all of the data on the C drive.  The plan is to setup the data connections for them and grant them access to them.  That said, we want them to be able to use the DataMarket at-will... is there a way we can allow them to use the DataMarket + connections already established but not be able to create any additional data connections???

Any ideas on this?  I can't imagine I'm the only one who want's to control access to data connections while allowing end users to use anything in the Data Market (in addition to folders I setup for them)
