Failed to send QVX_TERMINATE to process 10328 (reason 991) Qlik Sense June 2020

Hello everyone,

After we updated Qlik Sense to Version June 2020 Patch 5, we have met with this error in Qlik Engine System Log by reloading the tasks? 

"Failed to send QVX_TERMINATE to process 10328 (reason 991)"

The server needs the Administrator always log in the system to manuelly trigger the reload. Other user can only trigger the reloads after the local Admin has logged in. 

We have already turned all security software off from the server... And the Qlik service user has admin access to this server. 

In windows Event logs we can see no error with access nor anything else. 

Is this problem Version related? Since in another Test server with the same setup, we didn't install the Patch 5, there exists no problem.

Hi there,

Just to add here that we found when reload is triggered, the SAP Connector executable file will not be reached. But in script log shows that the connection is directly aborted.

Please advise with any suggestion. This problem has been with us for over a month after Upgrade.

Same problem occurs in our site with odbc connectors. Did any1 find solution for this?
