QlikSense - unknown error while accessing in http.

Hi,

Not able to open http URL for Qlik sense (version Feb-2021) and getting “unknown error” page. It is refreshing http link in loop and then throwing this error after some time, when checked in log it says socket blocked error.

However, we are able to run https URL without any issues. 

Can anyone help on this, why is this happening, as it was working fine until now and it suddenly started throwing error.

Hello @renuka-sasikumar 

Can you verify if the http connections or port 80 are blocked internally by windows/firewall??

Also test the websocket connectivity test. (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Qlik-Sense-Websocket-Connectivity-Tester/ta-p/1716909)
