SAPBEx connector setup not working in Sense August 2021?

Hi

We are having a weird issue with the SAPBEx New Data Connection form.

See screenshot for how it looks.

Already existing SAPBEx data connections, which was created several years ago in earlier version of Sense works.

 

We are now on August 2021 patch 3:
