TNS Error

Hi All,

 

I am new in Qlik. We are getting below TNS error intermittently. DBA team suggested to use Microsoft ODBC drivers instead of oracle ODBC Driver. As far as I know Oracle Drivers provided in Qliksetup files. Is this something we need to download online or what we can do?

Microsoft ODBC Drivers do not provided in Qliksense Connectors package. Can anyone tell if I can download Microsoft ODBC Drivers online? Do Qlik support it?
