The REST API call timed out between services.

When I try to import the app, I get this error.

"The REST API call timed out between services."

I don't know the cause.
How do I import it?

A mi me funciono quitando las imágenes de fondo que se utilizaban en la aplicación así como cargando la aplicación sin datos, y así pude subirla al servidor donde se ubicaban originalmente
