0 lines fetched after scheduled task

Dear community,

We are experiencing the following problem with Qlik Sense enterprise version 14.44.9; Nov. 2021: patch SR 4 (even though it happened with the previous version NOV 2020 as well):
-We have an application with connection to MS SQL server (OLE DB data provider). The application data is not updated correctly when the update is run by automatic scheduler. The script log does not report any error, however, the data is not loaded and there is a record "0 lines fetched" in the load script log (see the log file attached). However, if we run the update task manually from QMC, or manually with Load data button everything works correctly.

We have deleted the existing task and created it anew. Output (log) is the same.  What is most intriguing, the log shows the incorrect Qlik Sense version: Qlik Sense Server Version 12.1140.5 which is incorrect since we have 14.44.9.

Can you advise what may be wrong, please?

Hi Viktor,

In this case, please collect the system logs, make sure that all nodes are on the same exact patch and version, and please open a ticket in the Support Portal, where an engineer will help you.
