After successfully upgrading QLIK Sense version 13.102.5 to 14.54.2, I found that the PostgreSQL version is still 9.6. Will this affect the operation of QLIKSENSE function?
@LiangKuo it will prevent you from going beyond Qlik Sense May 2023. From August 2023 the 9.6 database is not longer supported.
One way to continue is described here:

Thank you for sharing, so the operation of the qliksense system will not be affected after the upgrade. Is this correct?
The system requirements for Qlik Sense February lists 9.6 as a supported version for February 2024
Like @Sebastian_Linser said, it will work up to version Qlik Sense May 2023.
Since the version you upgraded to is already out of support as of February 2024, I recommend that you start looking into upgrading further.
Hi, after using the method you suggested and using the vulnerability scanning software (software name: Nexpose, version 11.17), 9 vulnerabilities were generated, more than before. The latest report has been placed in the attachment. The file name is report_20240530.xls
Additional information: After closing all QLIKSENSE services, the vulnerability scanning software will not generate any reports.
Hello @LiangKuo
those are not real issues. Qlik Sense is using what your OS is allowing to use. You have to limit the Ciphers and Ciphersuite on the OS level.
You can use a tool like IIScrypto to configure it, or let IT handle that for you. The Version of Qlik Sense you have is fine with TLS 1.2 enabled only and disabling all critical ciphers.
best regards
Sebastian
Hi, have you installed the new Postgres database first? It is not reccomended to use an unsupported database version. You can find the Postgres Installer in product downloads page.
