Access all apps but one in a stream

Hello - I have access to a stream and ran into an issue this morning.  I got first error message when accessing an app that told me "out of memory".  Please note, other apps work just fine in the same stream.  I did as much as I could as I am a user & other security is controlled by an Enterprise Help Desk.

  1. Cleared All Browser's Cache 
  2. Signed out of VDI and signed back in
  3. All other apps and browsers closed then entered Qlik Sense Hub
  4. Used both Chrome and Edge to try to get into app.  Edge kept spinning no message and Chrome would give “out of memory” then I can click close and the opening screen would just cycle

After all that I received another error message corrupt file (see attached).  Any help is appreciated.

Hi, as an user you can't do much, I think you should contact help desk so they can repair the app.
