Not sure if this is just me but the subscription + payment & billing tabs in account settings seems to be wrong, invoices have 0 values and current subscription is not showing, please see below.
which results in me not being able to add/remove licenses.

I experience the same issue and I'm in contact with support. Let know you when i get information.
My case was successfully resolved. Obiously it was triggered by having two different active subscriptions on the same Qlik User Id. One was the trial of Qlik Sense Business which followed after they canceled Qlik Cloud and the second one was the SaaS subscription we finally decided to do.
We had exactly the same issue wrt multiple subscriptions. Glad to say it is resolved now.
