After service account password change some issues

Hello community,

My service account password was compromised, so I changed it.

I updated all the accounts on each services, everything is back to normal exept one point.

Since I changed the service account password, I can't reload the Monitoring apps (both license et operations monitor)
I think it's something related to the right to access to my logs. But I don't know how to fix it.

Does someone knows ? Thanks in advance,

Hey Normand,

The Monitoring Apps utilize data connections which have the service account password embedded. Example:

So you have a couple of options:

  1. Change the password used in each of those data connections
  2. Reconfigure the data connections to use certificate authentication
