Anti Virus Exclusion list for QlikSense

Our SMTP connection is failing. We just want check on the below folder, whether to be excluded from the Anti Virus scan.

Yes, that directory should be excluded from anti virus application scanning. See Qlik Knowledgebase article QlikView Folders and files to exclude from antivirus scanning for the full directory list.

The link which you provided in the post is for QlikView (which we already checked) and which we want is about QlikSense. Assuming from your post that the folder needs to be excluded (%Program Files%\QlikWebConnectors) in QlikSense.

Ah @santhoshthomas thanks for clarifying. You posted your query in the QlikView > Connectivity forum, so I'll move it to the Qlik Sense > Deployment & Management forum so that it reaches it's intended audience. The %ProgramFiles%\Qlik directory should be excluded. Refer to Qlik Knowledgebase article Qlik Sense Folder And Files To Exclude From Anti-Virus Scanning for more details.
