Apps in My Work is visible to all user, need to restrict

Hi

Need your help to fix this issue. Apps in My Work is visible to all user, need to restrict that.

i know security rule is involved but help to identify and fix it.

Hey @nandhaadjame200 ,

So it's definitely a security rule which is causing things. And a custom one at that.

In the abstract it's going to be a Custom rule which has a context of Hub only or Hub and QMC as well as a resource filter of App_* or App*.

To debug:

  1. Find an app that you see which you do not own in My Work
  2. QMC > Audit > 
    1. Target Resource: Apps
    2. Filter: On that app from 1
    3. Users: Your userID
    4. Environment: Both Hub and QMC / Hub only
    5. Audit
  3. Double click on the R column (for read) and see which rules scope

Hi @Levi_Turner 

Yes you are right and i found that few custom rule is bypassing the default "My Work" restrictions.

Can you please suggest or guide to build a perfect user, group, rules, stream access steps or any documents to implement in my instance. Now it is totally a mess. Please help me out.

Hi Kumar,

We want to see the MY Work apps for two of our users. Currently ,getting only in Admin user.

 

Please provide steps to get for another user. Already we have give all type of Admin rules to another user.
