Being an app and shared space owner, still reload option not available

Owner of the app and Owner of the Shared Space on Qlik Sense SaaS but reload option not available on the app launcher icon (...)

Could you confirm what kind of license you have assigned to your user? (professional or analyzer?)
Also, when was this license assigned to your user? Moments before you tried to reload the applications? If so, could you try to log off and log in again to Qlik Sense SaaS?

Definitely beginner's error, I got the account set-up by my predecessor and it did not have Professional license assigned, only Analyzer. After the change, I can indeed re-load.
