Hello I have tested this by doing the following
- Invited a new user
- Added the user to a shared space
- Gave the user 'can view' and no other permissions
- Did not give the user a professional nor an analyzer allocation
Logged in as that new user.
Still able to download images and data.

Keep in mind that even with this feature, your end users will still have the ability on any computer with image snapshot tool to manually take snapshots of the data. Thus you may want to consider refining specific individual user's access to sensitive data apps further.
