Change Server IP address and name

I have a Qlik Sense Enterprise 2.2 unique central node operating.

I have to change the IP address and server name.

What do I have to do before those changes?

What are the configurations to do before and after those changes?

What do I have to do to avoid a full re-installation of the product?
