Hi,
We installed qlik sense 2.2 with default installation steps. Qlik generated SSL certificate and used computer host name. Now we would like to change the ssl certificate with the standard certificate that we bought for our domain.
I followed the steps mentioned here :

But still it picks the old certificate which was generated by qlik with default host name. I removed default certificate from mmc and installed new certificate and updated thumbnail in qmc but after restart qlik stopped responding.
I had to re installed the default certificate and restarted qlik , and things were back to normal.
Our certificate is in p7b format.
Can someone suggest.
