Cloud distribution from QlikView server issue

Hi,

We have encountered a problem when we tried to distribute QlikView document to SaaS tenant. Please see attached error message received.

As it  is high priority for our client (as it is live environment affect all users), I will appreciate if you can provide a solution to this problem ASAP.

Hi @taholayge1 

It is necessary to verify that the same service account is running all QlikView services, that the account is part of the administrators group and that is able to create/read/modify certificates. 

If all the requirements are met, could you attempt to reconfigure your cloud deployment following this article:

Reconfigure Qlikview Multicloud deployment 
 
Also verify that the configuration in the QDS is not missing (refer to the "related content" in the above article).
 
If that doesn't fix the problem it will be necessary to open a case for further analysis.
