Configuration Issues

Hello All,

We have QlikSense multi node setup for Production, with Central and Scheduler node in Internal domain and Consumer node in DMZ as we have external users accessing the application. We have a external load balancer too in the setup. 

Now that setup is complete, we are able to access the Internal link successfully, but the DNS link for hub is not accessible and we are getting "Internal server error". 

Any help on this is really appreciated!!!

Hi, 

 

Since you access externaly, this could be either a websocket problem or just a problem with the machine names ; did you add their DNS names in the white host list?
