Hello everyone,
I am trying to upgrade from Qlik Sense Desktop 3.2 to the latest version June Patch but I keep getting the failed to install error message.
I have read the help manual and tried some solutions given by other users on this community, but to no avail.
1. Perform Custom Installation

2. Update registry due to error below:
Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package.
Problems with upgrading QlikSense
Be assured that I have installed the software using system admin rights..
Currently, I am only able to reinstall the same version successfully, and not any other versions.
