Fresh install of February Release 2024, offline with full SLD not working

Hi everyone,

i've got some issues there with my offline environnement when installing Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, February 2024 initial Release.

Installation run well, no problem

All services running OK

QMC reachable OK

Stopping Qlik Sense Dispatcher service

Modify the .conf file, to add -offline in the [license.parameters] section (because my server don't have internet access)

Running Qlik Sense Dispatcher service : OK

Going to QMC, it's querying after the license

paste my full SLD license (the one i obtain with the Signed License Definition (qlikcloud.com) )

Something goes wrong and the QMC doesn't activate the license : see the picture

The same steps have been done with a Qlik Sense November 2022 Initial Release, and no issue : the key activate the product

Have you some idea of what i'm doing wrong ? Qlik need some other steps in the February 2024 version to activate the product online ?

Hi Sébastien, Please try moving the -offline to here:

[licenses.parameters]
-qsefw-mode
-offline
-app-settings="..\Licenses\appsettings.json"

Restart dispatcher
