We are using QlikView 11 server since 2011. unfortunately our setup got corrupted and giving error "cant initialize setup file".
I am sharing some existing details of our server we need a same version or a compatible to our configuration.
any one who can share the setup or download link.

If there is an existing maintain-contract you should just download the latest release - I think it's currently 12.8 SR1 - and installing it within a current OS without an attempt to copy any settings else creating a new environment from the scratch.
If there is none such contract you will need to remain by your old release and looking how to adjust the OS environment to the outdated requirements of the old QlikView release. I assume most important in this regard will be the elder release of the .NET version and if they further supported from MS and/or enabled/allowed in regard to your company policies ... it might be quite difficult to get the support from all relevant stakeholders ...
