Logging database setup failed

Hi Techies,

I have tried to install Qlik Sense several times but it is failing with message "Logging database setup failed". Then I installed Qlik Sense without enable centralized logging and it installed successfully.

I tried to configure centralized logging by CMD but it is giving me error "Failed to execute database setup".

Qlik Sense version: September 2018.

User has full rights of admin and same is service user.

It was working earlier, then I uninstalled and try to install this error comes.

I disabled the Ipv6 but still not working. I have made a document of what I did. I am not sure if I will do this from scratch this error will come again or not. I really thank you help me a lot but eventually it is not working. I think we should leave it.

Only a pleasure, as a last resort, do a manual backup of the qsr db , rename the qlik folders in program data and program files to _old, reinstall with qlogs enabled and restore the qsr db. I've had alot of troubles with Qlogs since June. All the best.
