Login Access Pass Fine Tuning

Hello guys,

For login access pass, is it possible to allocate the usage such that

User A is configured to be able to use only 2 login access pass (aka 2 hours)
User B is configured to be able to use any amount of login access pass

Currently I feel like Qlik can only achieve the following

User A can use any amount of login access pass
User B can use any amount of login access pass
