By any chance is this for Qlik Cloud (SAAS)? If that is the case you can get it from QMC\Web section

I already went through this documentation here it is motioned to go QMC->Web section but I can't find a web sction in my QMC.

I also can't find the menus as per the integration manuals and identity providers. My menu on the left is different from the screens in the help manuals. The image provided in the link "https://qlik.dev/tutorials/create-signed-tokens-for-jwt-authorization#configure-jwt-identity-provide..." is different from my qmc screen. See my menu below:
