QSEFE load/performance tests

Hi All,

Is their an easy way to create and execute load/performance tests against a QSEFE tenant? I was considering the Qlik Sense Scalability tool, but my only challenge is the fact that QSEFE integrate with an IDp for user authentication and the Qlik Sense Scalability tool only supports NTLM and Header type auth! 

Thoughts?
