Qlik Sense Backup Process

Hello,

We are performing a nightly backup of our site but having issues. Its a standalone single node.

We are stopping all the services, before taking backups of the repository and main folders etc

We then are restarting the services. On occasion the services (mainly the engine, but sometimes the logging service) do not start up.

Has this happened with anyone else and if so have you found a way to fix this?

please check the event viewer and engine logs.
Any error messages related to the service?
