Qlik Sense - Bookmarks disappeared, Unable to create new bookmarks

Hi all,

We are having the following issues with our bookmarks:

1) Existing bookmarks suddenly disappeared.  This has happened only in a number the apps.  In some apps bookmarks work fine.  This issue does not seem to be stream related since in a given stream, there are apps working fine and others with experiencing the bookmarks issue.

2) Not able to create new bookmarks.  Even though the 'Create New Dashboard' button shows, nothing happens when clicked.

3) The problem seems to be intermittent, at times bookmarks show but then stop working as you navigate sheets.

No changes in security rules or installation settings have been done.

Any similar experiences, thoughts, or insights on this problem?

Hi @dehoyosl ,

It sounds very odd indeed. What version of Qlik Sense are you using? Is there a mix of apps created in older versions v's ones created in the current version? I suspect whatever your answer that Qlik support will be best placed to assist you with something like this, it sounds like a bug or (hopefully) known issue.

The issue seems to be caused by an extension being used.  The extension authors will provide a solution.

Did you find solution? what extension caused the issue? We also have bookmarks mysteriously disappeared...
