Qlik Sense Deployment Tools

Hello

I am looking to get a deployment tool which can deploy Qlik Sense apps from a UAT environment to a Live environment with app development collaboration. 

Is there a tool out there that can achieve this?

For that purpose I would suggest to take a look at the Qlik-CLI (A PowerShell module that provides a command line interface for managing a Qlik Sense environment)
